The America Hospitality is divided into two floors. The ground floor, accessed through a wide staircase, is an open space area of 50 square meters. This area is characterized by a large frontal glass window that provides light and visibility inside the structure; the glass becomes the main entrance to the structure through an automatic sliding door. Also on the ground floor, in the front area of the structure, there are two comfortable, independent, and large bathrooms. Going up a wide staircase leads to the first floor, a premium area of the structure. In this part of the Hospitality, there is an open space area of 30 square meters, thanks to the presence of a unique covered terrace; this significantly sized area allows using the space as desired, becoming the ideal place for a business meeting or for private discussions with a client in a stimulating and exclusive environment that only this structure can offer. From here, you can then access a panoramic terrace of 15 square meters located at 5 meters in height, adding an even more exclusive touch to the Hospitality.

The structure also has a double entrance, a silenced electric generator, and access for people with disabilities.
